The Clay Studio has created the Bertram Horowitz Society to recognize individuals who make significant annual gifts. The exceptional generosity of these donors gives The Clay Studio the resources to achieve the highest level of artistic and educational quality possible. Horowitz Society membership begins with an annual donation of $1000 or more.THE CLAYMOBILE OUTREACH PROGRAM
The Claymobile reinforces The Clay Studio's educational mission by partnering with schools, community organizations, and social service agencies to drive invaluable art experiences into communities that need it most.
Professionally trained arts educators bring everything required for a ceramics class to a partner location, and transport student work back to the Claymobile support center for firing.
Each year, the program provides an innovative and hands-on approach to arts learning to nearly 2,000 disadvantaged students, a shocking 75% of whom have never had any form of arts education.
The Clay Studio's Annual Fund
The Clay Studio's Annual Fund is an integral part of our overall fundraising efforts. These unrestricted general operating dollars provide the Studio with a firm base of financial support, enabling us to achieve the highest level of artistic, programmatic, and managerial excellence.The Clay Studio's Equipment Fund
Each spring The Clay Studio mounts a drive to raise money for studio equipment, the lifeblood of our operations. Kilns, wheels and other equipment are used by students and artists year round, and need to be maintained and replaced in a timely manner.The Clay Studio thanks our many supporters
