Payment

The Clay Studio's online shop accepts Visa and Mastercard. All credit card transactions are completed within a secure server connection. 6% sales tax will be added to PA sales and 8% sales tax will be added to Philadelphia, PA sales. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

Special Orders/Commissions

Please contact us directly if you see something you like but it is just not right. We will gladly try to accommodate your desires.

Shipping

The following prices are for orders shipped within the Continental United States. All orders are shipped UPS standard ground, and should arrive within 5 business days after being shipped. Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico require express delivery. For international orders, please call or email for special shipping requirements. Sorry, we are unable to ship orders to APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes.

Express shipping is available. Please call Naomi at 215-925-3453 x 10 for a specific price quote.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason please contact us and we will arrange a return. Undamaged merchandise can returned within 30 days for a full refund minus shipping costs. Merchandise returned after 30 days can be exchanged for store credit. Send the item, securely packed in the original packaging to:

Damaged Merchandise

If merchandise arrives damaged, please call us immediately at 215-925-3453 x 10 or email naomi@theclaystudio.org. Save all boxes and packing materials. We will have UPS return to pick up the merchandise at no charge to you and if at all possible will send out a replacement order.
