Brett Wallerstein received his Bachelor of Fine Arts from Tyler School of Art, Temple University in 1993 and earned his Masters of Education from Gratz College in 2003. He also attended the Rhode Island School of Design and the University of the Arts for his post graduate studies in studio arts. He is currently working on completing his MFA in ceramic arts at Hood College in Frederick, Maryland.
Wallerstein has served as an art educator for the Neshaminy School District in Bucks County, Pennsylvania for over 25 years. He has taught art and ceramics at every grade level and is also an adjunct professor at Rowan College of Burlington County.
Primarily working in porcelain, he creates whimsical sculptural forms inspired by diminutive organic forms that contain beautiful fractals when examined close up
