Dora is an American Painter and Sculptor living in Philadelphia. She has spent time living in California, New York and Maryland. Dora studied music in college at Peabody Conservatory and University of Maryland. When she decided to make a career change she took a ceramics class at a local community college she was hooked. "There are a lot of possibilities in clay. It is a versatile medium."
Dora is set to go start the MFA program in painting at PAFA this Summer 2023. After that she has long term goals in both clay and painting, possibly combining the two into mixed media.
She loves living in Germantown in an old house with 3 cats.
