Event Logistics
Our second Philabowl is happening on Saturday April 5, 2025 from 11:30 to 2:30 pm at The Clay Studio. Please know:
- The event is rain-or-shine. All attendees will check in with staff either outside the pavilion or in the shop depending on the weather.
- Pre-registration is the only way to ensure an access ticket and a bowl - at $35 for a Bowl and Food Ticket. Excess tickets may be available the day of the event but these are not guaranteed to be available.
- All of our delicious generously donated food is samples of light fare from local chefs. There is an ingredient list up at each station for notice of any possible allergy related information.
- Food-only tickets are available for those who only want to try out the array of local foods, these do not include a bowl.
- This event is on a first-come, first-serve basis! You will be able to pick the bowl that speaks to you from an open display of over 500. There is also no set menu, you choose which foods to try, and which to go back to for more!
- If you fall in love with another bowl, or purchase a food-only ticket there is a possibility of buying from the limited supply of additional bowl(s) on the day of - $25 per bowl!
- Please bring a bag to carry your wrapped bowl(s) home to make this event as sustainable as possible!
- There are no wash stations and the bowls have not been washed out of the kilns; we do not recommend using them for food until they have been washed.
If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to, Trinity Dubois, Development Assistant at tdubois@theclaystudio.org or Chase Pendleton, Development Manager at cpendleton@theclaystudio.org.
