The Head & The Hand is a nonprofit, independent craft publishing company and writers' workshop based in Philadelphia.With business practices influenced by the work ethic of artisans, The Head and The Hand are our allies for printing a catalog that will reflect the multiple voices constitute this project.
This publication, together with the symposium, will further the exhibition’s reach, allow for deeper thinking, and the documentation of the project. Our new geographical neighborhood is made up of constituent groups with robust cultural lives. We honor what exists there, desire to learn from it, and want to add TCS’s cultural offerings to the conversation.
